A search of An’s briefcase found two official passports with the names Hoang Quoc An and Dinh Nghi, and two pairs of VIP tickets from Beijing to Paris at 7:00 p.m. and from Beijing to Frankfurt at 9:00 p.m.
In August 2016, Vuong Bao An was expelled from the party and dismissed from office.
After Vuong Bao An fell from his horse, his two younger brothers were Vuong Hong Canh, Standing Member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Mayor of Tieu Tac City, Ha Nam and Vuong Hong Hy, Secretary of Tram Ha District Party Committee, Binh City.
